Six court players and a keeper, on a floor a little bigger than a basketball court.

Dribble, pass, and leap to fire the ball past the keeper. Think basketball's flow — with a net.

Players grow with the club — from the Minis through to our senior squad. Pick your group and come down.
Youth
An introduction to handball through games and play. Our youngest players learn to catch, pass, and move as a team — all wrapped in a whole lot of fun. No experience needed.
Teens
Where the game gets serious — and seriously fun. Real skills, real conditioning, and the chance to play other clubs as handball grows across Ontario. Bring the effort; we'll bring the coaching.
Adults
Drop-in rec nights and a competitive squad for adults who want the run of their lives. Returning players, total newcomers, and weekend athletes all share the floor — and the pints after.
